Job Description
As a Senior Engineer – Desktop Engineering & Support , you will be part of a dynamic regional team responsible for the design, engineering, implementation, migration, and operational security of enterprise workspace technology services across APAC. You will lead end‑to‑end desktop engineering initiatives, ensuring secure, seamless, and highly available environments while driving continuous improvement and compliance in a regulated banking context.

Act as the escalation contact for endpoint issues (OS, software, hardware, performance, crash) within the Microsoft ecosystem.
