Senior Engineer Planning

• Preparation of baseline schedule for buildings and infra projects
• Cost and resource loading of baseline schedules
• Weekly schedule updates and preparation of reports
• Identify potential delays/slippages and conduct impact analysis
• Coordination with the site teams & other stakeholders for schedule communication alignment and data collection
• Facilitate coordination between the project sites manufacturing units and any other in-house entities.
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports for the management
• Present critical issues and mitigation strategies in review meetings
• Maintain records of baselines revised schedules and updates
• Support manpower planning based on project timelines
• Assist in preparing the resource rolling plans & productivity monitoring.
• Support digitalization initiative in the planning function.
