Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily production activities.
• Set up and optimize injection moulding machines.
• Conduct mould trials and new product development activities.
• Monitor production parameters and reduce rejection rates.
• Ensure achievement of production targets and schedules.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S and Kaizen.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality and planning teams.
• Prepare production reports and guide shop-floor personnel.
