As part of Centerra's Mount Milligan operations, you will report directly to the Mill Reliability Superintendent. Your senior engineering role requires expertise in predictive maintenance and cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimal plant asset performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive all aspects of predictive and preventative maintenance
• Implement Condition Based Monitoring processes
• Interpret and report on failure analysis data
• Lead RCM engagements across departments
• Coach and train technical staff on best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
