Forward Deployed Engineer (Python, AI Systems)
Spain (Madrid or Barcelona preferred) | Hybrid
Up to 100k + performance bonus + equity
The Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work closely with enterprise customers to design, implement, and deploy AI-driven workflows powered by LLMs and agent-based systems.
You’ll take ownership from architecture to production. This includes:
- Designing backend architectures in Python (FastAPI-heavy stack)
- Integrating AI systems (LLMs, RAG pipelines, structured outputs)
- Building APIs and microservices for client-specific workflows
- Deploying scalable, containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Debugging production issues and improving system reliability
- Translating business requirements into clean technical solutions
