Job Description
We are looking for a senior engineering leader with 10+ years of production software engineering experience to work directly with senior stakeholders at a large financial institution. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on enterprise‑scale engineering transformation, automation, and platform modernization.
The ideal candidate comes from a solid software engineering background with experience in production systems, DevSecOps, SDLC automation, and agentic enterprise systems, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
