Senior Engineering Manager

We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to guide a team of talented backend and frontend engineers. You'll shape our architecture, drive execution, and build a high-performing engineering team while staying close to the technology and helping the team ship elegant, scalable solutions. You'll work in lockstep with Core Engineering to stay aligned on architecture, infrastructure, and shared services, ensuring teams build on a strong, consistent foundation. This is a full-time, in-office leadership role based in our Chennai engineering center. We're building a high-performing, AI-native team that thrives on close collaboration, rapid iteration, and shared energy that comes from working side by side. This role reports directly to the Head of Engineering in the USA.
