Senior Engineering Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team in Leeds City Centre on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with two days in the office and three days working remotely each week.

As Senior Engineering Manager , you’ll lead the Engineering pillar, overseeing a high‑performing team focused on building new products and capabilities from the ground up – rather than maintaining existing solutions. The team is centred on greenfield development, platform extensions, and AI‑native tooling. You’ll spend the majority of your time on people leadership, delivery, and driving organisational clarity, with some hands‑on involvement where needed. While you won’t be coding day‑to‑day, you’ll bring strong technical credibility, confident reviewing architecture, setting engineering standards, and unblocking teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
