Summary of the role
You’ll provide engineering leadership to the manufacturing site, improving line performance and process capability while ensuring engineering integrity, food safety compliance, and strong safety and environmental standards through structured continuous improvement and project delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Production engineering & compliance: support operations with engineering expertise while ensuring compliance with FSSC, HACCP, GMP, hygienic engineering and internal quality monitoring requirements.
- Reliability & performance improvement: monitor plant performance, remove bottlenecks and quality constraints, and partner with Production/ Quality/ Engineering to resolve technical issues fast.
