Senior Engineering Manager (Reporting & Enterprise Hub)

Requirements

• Have 5+ more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering management role, with proven experience managing 10-15+ engineers across multiple teams or product areas
• Have managed 2+ distinct product areas or teams simultaneously, demonstrating ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and define strategy where it doesn't exist
• Possess strong technical depth—ideally as a former senior or staff engineer—with ability to guide data infrastructure and product architecture decisions
• Have demonstrated track record of delivering results across multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and team velocity
• Have experience setting product and technical strategy in partnership with Product and Design teams
• Have participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives in a prior role
