Job Description

Acts as a lead within the COU business segment(s)/region to promote consistency and operational excellence by assisting the Director with more regionally focused work and/or supporting a team of Engineering Managers. Responsible for P/L activities, budget development, leading & driving initiatives, marketing campaigns, development of tools, and driving process efficiencies to grow business segments. Leads and executes operational strategy across the COU segment(s)/region to drive growth and financial results while ensuring customer satisfaction within a highly matrixed organization. Assures that their teams, as well as the teams managed by other People Managers within the COU, meet overall financial targets (revenue, profit, enterprise value, etc.) while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
