Responsibilities
- Lead strategic engagement and sales growth across UAE Government entities, including federal and emirate-level ministries and state-owned enterprises.
- Own executive relationships with senior stakeholders such as CIOs, CISOs, and procurement directors to position Sophos as a trusted partner.
- Manage the end-to-end public sector sales cycle, including qualification, scoping, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
- Drive government tender participation (RFI/RFQ/RFP/ITQ), managing requirements, compliance, and documentation in both Arabic and English.
- Execute rigorous account planning and whitespace analysis to acquire new government logos and expand existing footprints.
- Collaborate with public-sector distributors, system integrators, and resellers to drive partner-led growth and joint account plans.
- Maintain high-accuracy forecasting and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce, Clari, and Power BI.
