Responsibilities
- ERP Implementation at our facilities throughout North America. Strong emphasis on manufacturing and financial experience.
- Liaising with business units and SMEs, configure their ERP (Epicor Kinetic) system to meet the business requirements.
- Lead and execute proof of concept testing, and user acceptance testing, and provide go-live support.
- Oversee and manage the implementation process for companies in scope to ensure on‑time and successful implementation.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead blueprinting sessions with users and stakeholders to identify and document business needs, translating them into system requirements.
