Job Title: Senior Estimator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator with a minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in fit-out and interior projects. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and possess strong expertise in cost estimation, tender preparation, quantity take-offs, and commercial evaluation of fit-out works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for fit-out and interior projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
- Perform quantity take-offs and pricing of materials, labor, and subcontract works.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Analyze project costs and identify value engineering opportunities.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and design teams during the tender stage.
