Shape the future with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as a Senior Estimator focused on Design-Build initiatives in Markham, Ontario. Drive project success by preparing detailed cost estimates for projects worth up to $1 Billion. In this full‑time role, you will report to the Estimating Manager, using your expertise in estimating software to meticulously prepare cost estimates. Key Responsibilities
Interpret tender drawings, leading projects through the tender stage, and manage stakeholder communication effectively. Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Lead tender management and project delivery independently. Conduct quantity take-offs from tender documents. Mentor junior team members in estimating practices. Maintain accurate tender submission files. Requirements
