This role seeks a dedicated construction professional with significant experience estimating Water/Wastewater projects. You will prepare comprehensive cost estimates, engage with subcontractors, and support tender submissions. A solid foundation in mechanical processes and project management will be essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects
• Review project drawings and specifications thoroughly
• Select subcontractors and obtain accurate quotations
• Collaborate on proposals with Major Projects staff
• Mentor and coach junior estimators in the team
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years estimating Water/Wastewater projects
• Project Manager or Superintendent background beneficial
