Are you an experienced Senior Estimator looking to take the next step in a fast-growing, forward-thinking civils and groundworks contractor?
We're looking for someone driven, commercially aware, and confident in delivering winning tenders to join our expanding team.
Location: Split between sites in Redruth and Exeter
Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Starting from £40,000+ (depending on experience)
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and supporting tendering activities across multiple projects
* Producing accurate and competitive cost estimates
* Working closely with buyers, commercial teams, and operational staff
* Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and H&S regulations
* Contributing to continuous improvement across estimating processes
