Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking an energetic, experienced candidate for our ICE event marketing team. ICE hosts and participates in conferences, webinars and unique forums that attract top corporate leaders from around the world. The Senior Event Planner position will plan and execute digital and in-person events across the US/EMEA region. This role will have a strong focus on hosted event creation and event management with the objective of delivering compelling content and smooth execution to both internal and external audiences. The candidate will have a track record of liaising with internal and external customers and colleagues at all levels, including C-level executives, with the ability to champion event strategy and recommendations. Attention to detail, ability to manage within a high demand environment with multiple deliverables and a focus on execution and results are a must. Employees are expected in the office 5 days a week.
