We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive in Compensation & Benefits who is fluent in both Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing competitive compensation structures, enhancing employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Administrator of salary and staff movement in the organization to ensure internal equity and demographic balance
