Mercer is searching for an Executive Compensation Partner based in Toronto. This hybrid role involves providing high-level consulting services with 12–15 years of relevant experience in Executive Compensation.
As an Executive Compensation Partner, your insights will direct compensation strategies that fulfill clients' needs for attraction and retention. You'll work closely with senior executives, oversee critical deliverables and design strategic incentive programs. With your extensive consulting background, you will recognize sales opportunities while addressing broader Human Capital challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
