Senior Executive with 4–5 years of experience in CRM management, dealer portal operations, and data analysis. Strong background in supporting sales teams, managing dealer networks, and delivering MIS and insights to drive business performance
Key Responsibilities
Managed day-to-day CRM operations including lead tracking, workflows, automation, and data accuracy
Handled dealer portal management: dealer onboarding, user access, schemes, and performance monitoring
