Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the entire admin and finance functions in the centre
  • Undertake the collection of service fees and other payments
  • Undertake to produce and deliver accurate monthly invoices to Caregivers
  • Process quarterly submission to MOH
  • Administer Means Test application
  • Process monthly I & E and annual budget
  • Process and file Seniors’ daily attendance
  • Undertake any other admin duties which the Centre Manager or Supervisor may assign from time to time
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business or Accounting & Finance or a Degree in Business or Economics or Finance
  • Work experience of 3 – 5 years
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess a passionate disposition to work with frail Seniors
