Position : Senior Executive / Executive Customer Service

Job Purpose: -Customer Support – Key Accounts 

Location : Angamaly

Duties and Responsibilities:


Responsible for sales order and sample order entry in the system.
Contract Management, execution and monitoring.
Handle customer documentation, including shipping and export documents, Certificate updating intimations , new customer registrations and KYC documentation.
Manage communication with customers related to shipments, documentation status and order updates.
Coordinate external and internal documentation across sales, logistics, finance and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare and maintain reports related to sales orders, samples, shipments, and customer data.


 

Experience : 3 + customer service experience in the same industry

CTC : upto 6 LPA
