Job Purpose


As a Senior / Executive, HR, you will provide essential operational and administrative HR support to the assigned Business Unit or Corporate Functions. You will work closely with the HRBP and HR Services team to assist in the implementation of HR strategies and policies, ensuring smooth HR operations and administrative functions. Your role will also involve supporting HRBP activities and contributing to effective HR service delivery. 


Responsibilities

  • Provide operational HR support including employee onboarding, offboarding and HR administration.

  • Assist in crafting and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.

  • Support the execution of talent management programs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
