Job Description

Key responsibilities:


Closely working with business SPOCs from different departments/regions (like Customer Centricity, Sales) for executing business needs

Having good understanding of CRM system s fundamentals ; Lead the development of a CRM and other application(s) framework and related artefacts, governance, and process

Provides subject matter expertise and a high level of internal consulting support on the analysis, design, programming, debugging, modification, and maintenance of software enhancements and/or new products

Interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

Manage a team of new and experienced support staff, technical vendor and developers in an agile approach methodology to delivering defect resolutions and enhancements

Provide mentoring, coaching guidance to CRM support team and implementer
