Job Description

What the role is:

You will play a key role in driving efficient, compliant, and employee‑centric HR operations while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organisation. You will support HR processes, stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen HR service delivery.

What you will be working on:
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure the effective delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding and offboarding) with strong emphasis on governance, accuracy, and service excellence.
  • Provide support to stakeholders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring alignment with organisational guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Point of contact for HR operations matters, such as employee queries on HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
