About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Sr. Executive who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple performance marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta, and e-commerce advertising ecosystems, with a strong understanding of campaign automation, analytics, and reporting.

This role requires a data-driven marketer who can balance creativity with performance metrics to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • E-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
  • Build campaign structures aligned with business goals such as lead generation, conversions,...
