We are seeking a Senior Executive Search to build and lead a high‑performing team responsible for all leadership level of hiring. This role partners closely with Senior leadership and HR to deliver exceptional executive recruitment outcomes and ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities End‑to‑End Executive Recruiting- Oversee and guide all search strategies, candidate sourcing, pipeline development, assessments, interview design, and offer negotiations for all G‑level (Senior Director and above) positions.
