Senior Executive/Executive Business Development (M&A)

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for the ongoing identification and development of business opportunities as part of the overall Company's growth strategy. He/she will work collaboratively with partners and internal stakeholders to manage the development, formation, and execution of strategic alliances, acquisitions and joint venture projects. Responsibilities Seek out partners and develop tactical plans to crystallize the business strategies into viable business opportunities Manage the development, formation, and execution of strategic alliances, acquisitions and joint venture projects Provide assistance to the Company's operating divisions in new product development involving key OEMs and industry partners
