Job Responsibilities

• Receive the parties to the case and respond to their inquiries with restraint and complete confidentiality.
• Register requests of the parties to traffic cases (the accused, sponsor, witness, lawyer, relatives of the accused) or their agents and transfer them to the dedicated authority.
• Register attorneys in the program and send a copy of the power of attorney to the location of the file to attach to the case file.
• Link attorney agencies and transfer applications through the website to the competent prosecutor.
• Register the entry of the parties to traffic cases or their agents in the program of prosecutor interviews.
• Execute requests for To Whom It May Concern certificates of all kinds based on the documents contained in the traffic case file.
