Job Description

SAL is looking for an experienced Business Developer for our Research Division Power Electronics, developing new business areas and sales markets, maintaining existing ones, and sourcing new customers and partners. You will play a key role in promoting the SAL brand and represent the company at national and international events. You will collaborate closely with the division's management, business developers and researchers.
Your future tasks include:
Acquisition of R&D projects for Power Electronics, focusing on highly efficient, power-dense converters for various applications.
Development of business opportunities and directions, including finding new markets and researching their demands.
Co-developing the divisions research strategy with senior researchers providing insight into current trends and expected developments in the industry and identifying opportunities and challenges.
