A Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment within a facility. This includes HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance. They perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary repairs to ensure the facility is operating efficiently and safely.
