About the Role

You will step in as the strategic and operational facilities leader for our 47-location West Region, acting as a trusted partner to regional leadership and a player‑coach to your team. Reporting to the Director of Facilities and Launch, you will own the physical health of our spaces, manage a multi‑million dollar budget, and ensure every location delivers a flawless, premium experience.
