Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facility Manager  with an Engineering background (Electrical / Mechanical / MEP) . The candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai , specifically handling high-rise buildings . Strong knowledge in MEP operations  and the ability to prepare MEP estimates for AMC contracts  is required. 
Requirements Engineering background (Electrical / Mechanical / MEP) 
Minimum 5 years UAE experience , preferably in high-rise buildings 
Strong MEP technical and managerial knowledge 
Experience in preparing AMC MEP estimates
