Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations
  • Ensure excellent guest experience and handle guest concerns professionally
  • Support training scheduling and performance management of F&B colleagues
  • Monitor service quality, cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards
  • Assist in inventory control, cost management and operational reporting
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards and safety procedures
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of service standards, hygiene and safety practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
