Senior Feasibility Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Feasibility Manager to lead feasibility studies and market assessments for a diverse portfolio of developments, including hospitality, residential, healthcare, and mixed‑use projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, in‑depth knowledge of the UAE real estate and hospitality sectors, and hands‑on experience with market research, financial feasibility analysis, and development planning. Experience with EstateMaster is highly preferred.
