Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Field Application Engineers across the APAC region. Deliver high-quality technical support for projects across APAC via email, phone, video calls, and on-site support (Singapore-based visits). Act as an escalation point, collaborating closely with the global Technical Support team to resolve complex technical issues. Provide technical onboarding and ongoing support to ecosystem partners, enabling successful adoption and use of the platform and services. Manage and conduct RMA investigations for products across the APAC region. Design, specify, and deliver smart lighting control solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to company standards. Work closely with the APAC Sales team to ensure a seamless handover and customer journey from sales through to design and delivery.
