The opportunity

Partner with a highly acquisitive Corporate Development team and collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Investor Relations, Capital Management, and Legal.

Support Definity’s inorganic growth strategy across carriers, brokers, and new vertical markets.
End‑to‑end deal exposure:
Contribute across the transaction lifecycle, including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, investment materials, and integration support.
Market insights:
Track industry trends and maintain benchmarking tools to support executive decision‑making.
Strategic analysis:
Deliver insights through credit analysis, KPI reporting, and ad hoc requests from senior leadership.
