Job Description
- Full-scope accounting for German entities in accordance with HGB
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Preparation of statutory financial statements (HGB)
- Posting invoices, bank statements, and employee expenses
- Preparation of VAT declarations and support in tax-related processes
- Management of AP/AR processes and payment execution
- Ensuring compliance with German accounting and tax regulations
- Preparation of financial and management reporting packages
- Analysis of P&L, cost structures, margins, and working capital
- Variance analysis vs budget and forecast
- Support in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to management
- Supporting decision-making through financial analysis
- Close cooperation with local CFO
- Participation in audits and internal control processes
