Arthrex Latam is searching for a Senior FP&A Analyst to serve as the primary finance partner for two manufacturing businesses. The role involves financial planning, analysis, and strategy, working closely with the operations and sales teams.

Qualified candidates will have 4–7 years of experience in FP&A within a manufacturing setting, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, and proficiency in advanced Excel, along with a strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
