Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior FTL Freight Coordinator to lead and manage key aspects of our FTL operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of FTL shipments, ensuring on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will leverage your strong leadership and industry expertise to drive continuous improvement within the FTL department.
Responsibilities
- FTL Shipment Management:
- Oversee the entire FTL shipment lifecycle, from initial booking and carrier selection to final delivery and invoicing.
- Monitor shipment progress in real-time, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays or issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize FTL routes, improve carrier performance, and reduce transportation costs.
