Job Description
At VAIRIX , we’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong experience in Ruby on Rails and React to join a mature, production-level project.
The ideal candidate brings solid backend expertise in Rails, combined with hands‑on frontend experience in React — especially working with class components . You should feel comfortable working in a cloud‑based environment ( AWS ), understand containerized applications ( Docker ), and have experience with monitoring and debugging tools like Sentry or Honeybadger .
We value developers who are autonomous, proactive, and product‑oriented , with the ability to navigate complex systems, contribute to technical decisions, and collaborate effectively within a distributed team.
