What you will do

Purpose:

  • Provide high-quality service delivery to the firm’s Private Equity (PE), Family Office (FO), and Open-Ended (OE) clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines, while effectively managing client expectations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Key responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, disclosures, and ad hoc client deliverables in connection with fund administration services.
  • You are also expected to contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in hybrid fund structures, with strong knowledge of accounting and administration processes.
