About the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage geotechnical aspects of large-scale infrastructure and marine projects, particularly those involving soft soils.
  • Develop ground improvement designs and methodologies tailored to challenging soil conditions.
  • Provide technical leadership on dredging, reclamation, and beneficial reuse of soft dredged materials.
  • Oversee site investigations, data interpretation, and geotechnical reporting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, environmental, dredging, reclamation, and marine engineers.
  • Engage with clients, regulators, and contractors to ensure high-quality, sustainable outcomes.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (PhD is a plus).
