Senior Groundwater Modeller (Oakville, Guelph, Calgary)

Salary: $134,000 to $184,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply groundwater flow and transport models to support decision‑making for a wide range of projects.
• Provide ownership, oversight, review, and technical direction of modelling projects and deliverables, collaborating closely with junior and intermediate project staff, internal collaborators, and clients.
• Lead discussions with clients and prepare scopes of work including pricing and staffing.
• Act as project manager for multiple routine projects or a few complex projects.
• Develop and execute conceptually based work plans that balance the application of innovative modelling tools and approaches with the scale and scope of the problem.
• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team focused on being trusted advisors to our clients.
