Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Handle the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, probation management, employee relations, performance management, and exit formalities
  • Manage talent acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding of local and overseas candidates
  • Coordinate UAE visa and immigration processes including employment visas, renewals, cancellations, dependent visas, Emirates ID applications, and related government transactions
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS data, leave administration, attendance records and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs, monitor WPS compliance and coordinate end-of-service settlements and employee-related documentation
