Based in our Chilliwack Head Office and reporting to the VP of HR & Safety of our parent company, this role supports the division while working closely with the broader HR team within our parent company to ensure aligned, consistent, and compliant HR practices across the organization.

Talent Attraction & Recruitment
Lead full-cycle recruitment across all departments

Partner with leaders on workforce planning and hiring decisions

Deliver a positive candidate experience from posting to onboarding
