We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving HR excellence and supporting organizational effectiveness.
You will play a key role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring operational excellence in all HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and deliver HR excellence using data-driven insights, including HR dashboards and KPIs
Develop and implement People Plans aligned with business priorities
Coordinate payroll processes
Partner with Line Managers to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process
