Job Description

Senior HR Business Partner The Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic HR expertise to an assigned client group, through leadership and coaching to executives and senior leaders, to ensure the organization achieves its strategic goals. Provides advice and expertise on workforce planning, employee experience, culture, team effectiveness and change leadership, with talent management decisions/actions at the core. Influences decisions that balance the needs of the business with employee experience goals and practices; contributes to planning and executing the workforce/people strategy; and supports annual and long-term business objectives and key cross-regional initiatives.
