Job Summary
The HR Business Partner at Reverse Logistics Group is viewed as a strategic partner to senior leaders and managers who provides guidance and support in all aspects of human resources management. They are also responsible for aligning HR initiatives and programs with business objectives, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local and national labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
Partner with (senior) leadership team to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies.
